Installation and licensing
J3D usually installs NUBIDA with you. Installing it yourself or moving to a new PC? Follow these five steps. Only the install PC needs a licence.
Step 1
Download and run the installer
Run the installer J3D sent you on the install PC, as administrator. Choose the install and data folders, finish, then start the server with “Nubida 시작” on the desktop. Open the address below in a browser — a “licence required” screen is expected at this point.
Nubida_Setup_<version>.exehttp://localhost:1103/viewerStep 2
Create a licence request for this PC
Press the button on that screen and enter your organisation and contact details. A request file carrying this PC's fingerprint is downloaded. It holds hashes only — no raw hardware values and no scan data.

license-request_<organisation>.jsonStep 3
Send the request to J3D
Attach the request file to an email. Adding your organisation and a phone number in the body speeds things up.
Send to [email protected]
Step 4
Receive your licence code from J3D
J3D checks the request, issues a licence file for this PC only, and sends it to the contact email in the request. It will not run on any other PC.
license.jsonStep 5
Upload the licence code
On the same screen, press the button and choose the file or paste its contents. The server verifies it on the spot; refresh and the features open. If you are asked to restart, use “Nubida 종료” then “Nubida 시작”, and refresh.

If something comes up
- We replaced the install PC or a major part
- The licence is bound to the PC's hardware fingerprint, so you will see a mismatch notice. Start again from step 2 and send us the new request — we will reissue.
- We added a feature
- No reinstall. Upload the new licence file J3D sends you, as in step 5.
- Colleagues need to use it too
- Other PCs need neither an install nor a licence. With internal-network access switched on, they open the install PC's address in Chrome or Edge.
- We get a clock warning
- Set the PC's date and time to now, then restart the server.
- The on-screen buttons do not work
- The Start menu item “라이선스 요청서 만들기 (지문)” also creates the request (in the license folder of the install). You can also drop the license.json you receive into that same folder and restart the server.
- There is an error, or the server will not start
- Run “진단 수집 (고장 신고)” from the Start menu. It writes one file into the diagnostics folder of the install — email it to us. It works even when the server is down.
